I want to impress upon you that this can be a choice. Always start where you are, and always start with authenticity, with what is really happening in your system. Grounding into your shield of authenticity. You come back to you, your process, even your flawed approaches to boundaries, and what’s true is ‘this is my journey of love. This is all I feel, this is where I’m at, this is where I got power and this is where I don’t, and that’s all good. In that it all gets to be here, and I can relate truthfully from it without cover stories where I am trying to be someone I am not, or trying for boundaries that I don’t have the power for yet’. You can finally go ‘I am enough, I got to have my process with this, and that’s just what is authentic’. We ground into that and you ask this question ‘all steps taken, how am I going to relate to me? How am I going to continue to relate to myself when I am going to beat the crap out of myself because perhaps I haven’t shifted out of a particular boundary violation dynamic, or can I love myself/be with myself knowing that? Or am I going to be somewhat both back and forth?’ What I am trying to point out here is that we are cultivating the choice of self-relationship how do you want to relate to you?
