The clearer the question, the clearer the answer will be.
Good questions are those that start with ‘WHAT’ or ‘HOW’ – they are asking for action. For example ‘How can I improve my relationship with my father?’ or ‘What can I do to heal my lower back pain?’ You want to avoid questions that start with ‘should’ – ‘Should I change my job?’ because this is asking for a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer. Life isn’t just black and white, find a way to rephrase that question such as ‘How can I find fulfillment in my working life?’ All our workshops and trainings use the skill of journeying as the foundation.
